The Committee on Banking and Insurance moves to amend the bill
on page 1, line 10, by striking the title and inserting in lieu
thereof a new title, to read as follows:
"
A BILL to amend and reenact §§33-25D-2 and 33-25D-22 of the Code
of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to prepaid
limited health service organizations; adding dental, vision,
pharmaceutical and podiatric services to those services that
may be offered by prepaid limited health service
organizations; and authorizing future additions to the list of
limited health services to be proposed by legislative rule.
